Staff were all wonderful! Such a warm welcome and everyone remembers your name which is a lovely touch. Excellent facilities, great location and a really lovely room with a shared outdoor terrace space.

Great location close to Soho and Chinatown. Trendy hotel with live DJ performances on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays which we really enjoyed. Bar staff is very experienced mixing every cocktail you like. No breakfast buffet, but a la carte and of excellent quality. Overall friendly staff and a pleasant hotel to stay in

An amazing experience for my husbands 40th Birthday they left a bottle of espresso Martini and a card. We ate in the Jurema Terrace which was beautiful, Adrian offered fantastic service even included a complimentary cake with a candle at the end. We decided to return to the hotel suite at 11pm the room was really cold and it appeared that the heating had locked. Jay was amazing he accepted it would be inconvenient to pack our things up but said it would be worth it as he would upgrade us. The new room was incredible. Breakfast was tasty and again great service too.. I can honestly say the entire experience from start to finish was perfect.

We received an upgrade to a suite which was beautiful. The beds were very comfortable and the suite luxurious and very clean. Breakfast was also wonderful and the staff were really helpful and friendly. They ordered us a taxi to take us to the theatre.

Loved the Hotel - an independent with great interior design - but may not be for everyone as some areas very dark. Location was great for us - near to theatres and great restaurants. The staff were excellent!

this property is one of a kind with unique art, style and decor. interesting and edgy decor throughout. our room was fairly large, comfy bed and pillows. location awesome. bar attracts lots of young hip people at night-I was worried we would hear the music at night but we didn’t.

We love the fact that The Mandrake is super discreet both in location and during your stay. I love the style of The Mandrake it’s like how I imagine the coolest parts of Ibiza to be if it went to the dark side and the cocktails are superb.

Everything. The hotel is a totally unique experience, the decor and atmosphere throughout the hotel is amazing and the staff were incredible attentive and delivered a high level of personable customer service. The hotel was an experience that was exciting, vibrant, with high quality food and drink along with a great night sleep in the luxurious Newman suite. A must is the spiritual healing treatment and the Sunday yoga class.

Beautiful setting, tucked discretely away from the busy heart of the city. Amazing unique design, extremely high quality and comfortable room, fantastic breakfast included. Friendly and helpful staff made the whole stay very accommodating.
